ENHANCE THE UK
This project was a live brief for Enhance the UK. The organisation breaks the taboo surrounding dating and disability through its Undressing Disability Campaign.
I designed a series of posters and an editorial which raised awareness for the organisation and got people talking about relations and disability. I aimed to create a bold, fun and playful campaign that not only got people talking but broke down some of the stigma surrounding the topic.
I focused on typography as the primary element of the campaign. This gets people to focus on the posters as they’re walking past. The quotes used are from interviews I did or from those who have benefited from the work Enhance the UK is carrying out.
I designed an A5 editorial to accompany the poster series. This could be downloaded by scanning the QR code on the poster. I kept the design fairly simple so that it was accessible. The colour palette and the typographic theme were kept throughout. The focus of the booklet was to offer advice and tips about dating with a disability.
